English Name: Electronic Cargo Tracking Note
According to the requirements of the Niger Port Authority, starting from January 1, 2010, all goods exported to Niger must apply for ECTN at the port of departure, otherwise the goods can not be cleared at the port of destination and will face penalties. To avoid unnecessary fines, please be sure to read the following application process carefully.

⑤After the draft is confirmed, the ECTN number will be issued. Once the number is assigned, it must be completed within 4 working days, otherwise the ECTN will be canceled and the fee will not be refunded.
⑥ After receiving the original bill of lading, materials will be uploaded to the system for confirmation of the approval authority at the destination port.
⑦ The effective original ECTN certificate will be sent to the applicant by email. It can be forwarded to the consignee at the destination port for customs clearance.
Note:
**ECTN should be applied before the shipping company signs and issues the original bill of lading.
**After the ECTN number is generated, except for the bill of lading date, bill of lading issuance place and bill of lading number, other information cannot be modified. If modification is necessary, additional modification fees will be borne.
