Introduction to ENS/CTN in Sierra Leone

ENS:Entry Summary Declaration
CTN and ENS refer to the same customs declaration or the same electronic cargo tracking note by different name.
According to Sierra Leone regulations, starting from April 1, 2015, all goods shipped to the Freetown Port in Sierra Leone must apply for a cargo tracking number, otherwise they will be severely punished at the destination port. To avoid unnecessary fines, please be sure to read the following application process carefully.
Materials for Applications:
① ENS Application Form
② Bill of Lading(draft)
③ Commercial Invoice
④ Packing List
⑤ Customs Declaration
Application Procedure
① Please send the materials required for application to support@globalferi.com.
② After receiving the above materials and calculating the cost, a debit note will be issued.
③ Please arrange payment and send us the bank slip for inspection by our financial personnel.
④ We will review the materials provided and guide the modification of them. Draft will be issued first for confirmation.
⑤Materials will be uploaded to the system for confirmation of the approval authority at the destination port.
⑥ The effective original ENS certificate will be sent to the applicant by email. It can be forwarded to the consignee at the destination port for customs clearance.
