According to the regulations of the Equatorial Guinea Port Authority, all goods sent to Guinea must apply for Guinea ECTN cargo tracking number, and the destination port customs clearance must provide a formally approved ECTN certificate, otherwise it will not be able to clear customs and will be required to pay a fine.

(II) Application process
1. The applicant provides application materials and sends them to our email support@globalferi.com;
2. After receiving the above materials, our company calculates the cost of the ticket and issues a formal payment slip;
3. The applicant arranges remittance and provides a water bill for our financial staff to check;
4. Our company reviews the information provided by the applicant and guides the modification of application documents that do not meet the requirements. After the documents are correct, our company issues a draft for the applicant to confirm;
5. After the applicant confirms the draft, our company issues the ECTN number. Once the number is allocated, it must be processed within 4 working days, otherwise the ECTN will be cancelled and the fee will not be refunded;
6. Our company will send the approved original ECTN certificate to the applicant by email and forward it to the consignee for customs clearance at the destination port.
