According to the Decree No. 11/07/2006 of Burkina Faso, all goods exported to Burkina Faso from November 7, 2006 need to apply for an electronic cargo tracking note. Failure to apply will be deemed to violate the regulations of Burkina Faso, resulting in the inability of the goods to clear customs normally.

Application process

1. The applicant provides application materials and sends them to our email support@globalferi.com;

2. After receiving the above materials, our company will guide the modification of application documents that do not meet the requirements. After the documents are correct, the certificate number and draft will be issued for the applicant to confirm;

3. After the applicant confirms, our company will issue a bill; the applicant arranges remittance and provides a water bill for our financial staff to check;

4. After receiving the payment, our company will issue the original copy to the applicant.

Note: The original copy must be signed and effective one week before the ship arrives at the destination port, otherwise it may incur a fine or fail to clear customs.
