Introduction to ARCCLA for Angola

ARCCLA:AGENCIA REGULADORA CERTIFICACAO DE CARGA E LOGISTICA DE ANGOLA

According to ANGOLA regulations which were implemented on January 1, 2008, all goods shipped to Luanda, Cabinda, Lobito, Soyo or shipped to Angola by passing through transit ports (such as POINTE NOIRE Pointe Noire) should apply for an ARCCLA shipping certificate, otherwise it will be severely punished at the destination port and unable to clear customs. The following are materials and procedures for the ARCCLA application, please read them carefully.

Application Materials

① ARCCLA Application Form

② Bill of Lading(draft)

③ Commercial Invoice

④ Sea Freight Invoice

⑤ DU Certificate (Angola Import License)

Application Procedure

① Please send the materials required for application to support@globalferi.com.

② After receiving the above materials and calculating the cost, a debit note will be issued.

③ Please arrange payment and send us the bank slip for inspection by our financial personnel.

④ We will review the materials provided and guide the modification of them. Draft will be issued first for confirmation.

⑤ After receiving the original bill of lading, materials will be uploaded to the system for confirmation of the approval authority at the destination port.

⑥ The effective original ARCCL paper certificate (in duplicate, divided into white page and blue page) will be delivered to the applicant, and the original certificate can be sent to the consignee in the destination port and shipping company.

Note:

**No modification can be made when the draft ARCCLA is confirmed, so please check it carefully.

**The original ARCCLA must be issued and become effective five days before the ship arrives at the destination port, otherwise problems such as fines and inability to clear customs may occur.
