According to Decree No. 01/MFB/SG/DGD promulgated by Madagascar on March 23, 2007, all goods shipped to Madagascar need to apply for a BSC certificate. Failure to apply will be considered a violation of Madagascar regulations and will be severely punished at the port of destination. BSC is the abbreviation of French BORDEREAU DE SUIVI DE CARGAISON, and CTN is the abbreviation of English CARGO TRACKING NOTE, which refers to the same certificate.

(II) Application Process
Procédure de demande
1. Applicants provide application materials and send them to our email support@globalferi.com;
2. After receiving the above materials, our company will guide the modification of application documents that do not meet the requirements. After the documents are correct, the certificate number and draft will be issued for the applicant to confirm;
3. After the applicant confirms, our company will issue a bill; the applicant arranges remittance and provides a bill for our financial staff to check;
4. After receiving the payment, our company will issue the original copy and send it to the applicant.
Note:
** If the exported goods are vehicles, there is no need to apply for Madagascar BSC.
** If the shipper exports goods to Madagascar for the first time, it is necessary to provide an importer and exporter business license.
