According to the relevant regulations of Senegal, all goods shipped to the port of Dakar or transferred to other destinations such as Mali and Gambia through this port must apply for ECTN cargo tracking notes. Failure to apply will be considered a violation of Senegalese regulations and will be severely punished at the destination.

1. The applicant provides the application materials and sends them to our email support@globalferi.com;
2. After receiving the above materials, our company will guide the modification of the application documents that do not meet the requirements. After the documents are correct, the certificate number and draft will be issued for the applicant to confirm;
3. After the applicant confirms, our company will issue an invoice; the applicant arranges the remittance and provides the water bill for our financial staff to check;
4. After receiving the payment, our company will issue the original copy to the applicant.

**Once the draft is confirmed, no changes can be made. Please check carefully.
**The original cargo tracking note must be issued and effective within 10 working days after the ship leaves the port.
