Introduction to ECTN/BESC in TOGO
English Name:ELECTRONIC CARGO TRACKING NOTE (ECTN)
French Name: BORDEREAU ÉLECTRONIQUE DE SUIVI DE CARGAISON (BESC)
According to the regulations in TOGO, all goods shipped to Port of Lome or transported from this port to Niger, Burkina Faso, Nigeria or other places should apply for BESC/ECTN (electronic cargo tracking note), otherwise the shipping company can not issue the bill of lading,or it may result in detention box at destination port and fines. The following are the materials and procedures for ECTN/BESC, please read it carefully.
Materials for Applications:

⑤ Customs Declaration
Application Procedure
① Please send the materials required for application to support@globalferi.com.
② After receiving the above materials and calculating the cost, a debit note will be issued.
③ Please arrange payment and send us the bank slip for inspection by our financial personnel.
④ We will review the materials provided and guide the modification of them. Draft will be issued first for confirmation.
⑤ After the draft is confirmed, the ECTN number will be issued. Once the number is assigned, it must be completed within 4 working days, otherwise the ECTN will be canceled and the fee will not be refunded.
⑥After receiving the original bill of lading, materials will be uploaded to the system for confirmation of the approval authority at the destination port.
⑥ The effective original ECTN certifictae(PDF format) will be sent to the applicant by email. It can be forwarded to the consignee at the destination port for customs clearance.
